Operation Clerk

We are currently seeking a Operation Manager/ Clerk who need to have strong knowledge across online shopping cart service aspects.

Your main responsibilities, but not limited to:

Responsible for daily operation
Prepare various reports for the department head
Assist in handling customer enquiries and complaints
Collaborate with various departments

Requirements:
Associate Degree or above
Experience in E-Commerce/E-marketing
Immediate available or short notice is pref
Understanding and experience of marketing technology tools including like EDM, SEO, YouTube, social media, Multi-media production
